Non agenda portion of the meeting… Censored by R. Rex Parris. This is the public comment portion of the meeting that is allowed to be recorded under the Ralph M Brown act. As it now becomes more and more apparent as you follow these meetings People are becoming more afraid to speak for fear of arrest and other acts of harassment by city staff. There is currently a court case that follows a man who was arrested and jailed for over 2 weeks for speaking at several of the council meetings.
